I have thick, long hair, and normally a cut, colour and blow-dry means 3+ hours in the chair. But on a recent visit to IMAGINE - where there was no mucking around - I walked out with hot hair within 2. As soon as I arrived for my appointment I was looked after - I was seated, offered a drink, and introduced to my stylist so that we could discuss what I wanted done. I was impressed with the care taken with creating my look, and I was very happy with the result. The prices aren't too bad either. I will definitely go there again.
