Immerse

My husband bought some wine from this Winery a few months after the fires went through. He said the wine was a extremely good quality at a fairly reasonable price.

I have been to the restaurant many times and held a work conference there and I cannot fault Immerse at all. The food is exceptional and all based on local produce. You can stay for a short or long while enjoying the food and their wine. Their wine list is great, but I can't fault the suggested wines with the dishes - perfectly matched. The staff are magnificent and the best part is the coffee is always great.

We held our wedding at Immerse in August 2010. We found them excellent to deal with and very flexible in making all the arrangements. There was none of the terms and conditions that we encountered with the other venues, just a genuine approach to working with us to put together the wedding and reception that we wanted. It was not just the big things but also the little things, like bring glasses of water out to us when we were having our photos done - nice touch. The chapel on the site is newly built after the previous one was burnt down in the Black Saturday bushfires. It has been beautifully architected and made a great venue for our wedding. But the single best thing about Immerse is the food. Simply fantastic. Go along for lunch one day and sample it for yourself. And none of this "alternate drop" limited menu - they provided our guests with genuine choice of a cutdown menu. Exactly what we wanted. All our guests commented afterwards about the venue and the food. Space for receptions is limited but so long as you have less than 100 guests you should be OK. We didn't have dancing so and if you want a dance floor then this might not be the venue for you. But for us it was perfect. Well done and thanks to the Immerse team.
