This tiny cafe, tucked away across from the Auburn Council/Police Station/Library building is actually the older, but much littler brother of Impress Wood Fired Cuisine, just a couple of streets up.

My mum took me here one afternoon, and I'm glad she did--it's easy to miss, but worth seeking out. They make a great cup of coffee, have fantastic service, and did I mention the COFFEE? GO FOR THE COFFEE. Best cup in Sydney is probably too big of a call, but definitely one of my favourites.

We shared one of the 'vegetarian plates', and it was a delicious mix of a vegetable pattie, homemade coleslaw and fresh salad with hommous and turkish bread. So tasty, and fed us both for less than $15 between us!

Great little "hole in the wall" cafe that does great coffee and fresh salads too. In summer its nice to sit outside, you almost feel like you're in Europe or something. A bit too cold in winter though.
They serve a really mild blend of coffee from Toby's Estate, and the barista knows his stuff.

Approximate cost: $10
