I can not rate these guys highly enough. From the time I booked until the time the Hummer showed up. 6:30am booking, the car was here early and helped with all our bags.

When we came back, the flight was delayed which seemed to be no trouble for the team, we did have to have a different car as the one we had booked had another job and couldn't wait but they still had a car there waiting for us.

Unimpressive Limousines
We booked (un)Impressive Limousines for our wedding to arrive at 6:50AM. Limousine never arrived and when we called them, we were told that their driver simply "forgot" to turn up on such an important day. They did offer another replacement to arrive at 8:30AM but on a tightly packed wedding day, there was no way we were going to delay everything by over an hour just because they F'd up. Highly unprofessional and "forgetting" is not an excuse for a business, especially for such an important day as a wedding. We had to scramble to find replacement cars, which unnecessarily added to the wedding day stress.

The quality of the cars was amazing, the driver went out of his way to make sure the whole experience was fun and enjoyable. When booking the vehicle the staff were very knowledgeable and extremely happy to help and answer all our questions. Overall a great experience from the first call right thru to the last minute of the ride.

I saw the limo that we booked at a wedding expo - the sales guys were helpful but took a little while to warm to. I then booked the limo over the phone and the lady was very blunt, not rude but not overly friendly or happy. However the actual limo is fantastic and the price is very reasonable.
