Impressive Resumes

My wife has just had a resume written by this business and was not happy with the end result. I helped my wife through this process, as English is not her first language and we had the following problems:

- Resume review times were long
- Specific feedback we gave regarding the work history was not incorporated
- The resume template we received had details from a previous customer in it
- Details about work skills were wrong and irrelevant
- Feedback had to be repeated
- Something as basic as the name was wrong on two iterations of the document
- We received no response on the final draft when I complained about these things - hence this review.

Overall this was not a professional service, with obvious shortcuts taken and lack of attention to detail, which in my view is required for writing such a personal document.

Given the amount of competition in this field, we would not recommend this business to anyone.

Approximate cost: $300

This was money well spent! after submitting my Resume and s/c for a Gov promotion job, the coordinator called me say how impressed she was with my application now waiting for interview any time soon.
