Sandra is just great she has been doing this work for many years and know's what she is doing. Sandra explain's everything in simple terms she always willing to answer any questions and concerns.

I visited my Doctor with an injured knee, while I was in his surgery he spoke to Sandra and asked if sh could see me - that afternoon I was at In Control being assessed by Sandra - she is excellent, she booked me in for my next visit and explained that her assistant Ves would be looking after me - he is excellent as well - easy to talk to, explains everything well, shows you step by step the home excersis. I am going to miss them - they are the best.

Sandra is an excellent manipulative physiotherapist. Very good at what she does. Easy to talk to and explains everything to you carefully so you always understand. Home exercises are explained clearly. You will not find a better therapist.
