Good old Small but cosy and family feel salon. Its not like a production line like most salons i had been to. The girls are really good with sns ... friendly and welcoming staff.. and relaxing enviroment . There are heaps of nail salon around but i still come back here because this is where i feel comfortable and they always do such a great job.

I originally went to this salon for application of acrylic nails for a vacation weekend. It was the first time I had them applied and the job seemed fine, except one nail came loose less than a week after they were applied. The nails were also too long and I was not able to type, which made my job difficult as I am employed in an office. I went back to the salon the following week and asked if they could re-glue the loose nail and shorten the length of the nails overall. The owner of the salon spoke good English, but the lady who was doing my nails did not. Having never had acrylic nails before, I wasn't sure if it was best to fix the nails, or have them removed. The owner of the salon was unresponsive to my questions, simply shrugging and saying "it's up to you". I kept trying to ask if it was common to maintain them long term, her but she did not want to answer me. It was bizarre. I finally said "remove them", which was a huge mistake because it took an hour and completely destroyed my natural nail. They are cracked and half the acrylic nails are still attached. During this time another customer came in and told me that the point of acrylic nails is to keep and maintain them, and that she had hers for seven years. I was very upset. I had repeatedly asked the owner whether or not I should maintain them (it would have been good for her business if she said yes) and she would not answer me. It was so weird. I still can't get my head around it. On top of this, the girl working on my nails filed them so hard she made two of my fingers bleed and they were still bleeding when I left the salon. I would not advise going here, the owners communication skills are very poor and the staff are not skilled enough to safely perform services. Stick to better known nail salons.
