My property is not managed by IBCM, however they have added a plaque to our property saying that they manage us when they certainly didn't. When we queried them abotu it they said it was an accident.
If they can't keep track of which properties they do or don't manage, I wouldn't trust them to manage your property.

They never answer phone calls or emails. I have twice reported a damaged fence, that urgently needs replacing, but this Owners Corporation does not have the decency to reply. I have always paid my maintenance fees, unlike some other owners.
I am sick of being treated with contempt. They act unprofessionally and appear to be a law unto themselves!! - not to mention they always seem to be in deficit.
I find they they hardly ever return my calls or respond to my email, If I need something answered immediately it takes them 2 weeks to get back to me and let me know, very dissapointed.
