I received a bag purchased from Indie for christmas and it arrived with some damage on it. I contacted Indie who were amazing in their customer service offering alternate product or full refund. I ultimately chose another product and it arrived with a surprise in it and a hand-written note offering their apologies again. I love my new bag and I cannot fault their customer service. I would definitely use Indie again and recommend them to everyone.
