This spa seller advertises spas and sell them to you when he hasn't even got them in stock . He was very unprofessional and rude and hanged up in my face when he was confronted with the issues he created for himself . I thought if he was like that to me before I even handed the money to him ,imagine what the after sales will be like . So I believe I did the right thing by canceling the sale . I don't deal with liars and and sellers who think you need them , it's the opposite you need our business and I believe honesty and being professional towards customers goes a long way .
People who are buying a outdoor spa or massage chair are investing there hard earned cash and would like to know there business is appreciated . When I thought I must be just dealing with a arrogant and rude employee I asked for the manger or store owner , but to my surprise he turned around and told me he was the store manager , what a shock to the system when I found out a manager could be so rude to his customers . By the way he is selling unessary items such as spas and massage chairs which in my opinion there is no big market for them , so how could you risk upsetting customers in these hard times
Anyway I'm warning others not to invest in buying off this seller or you risk the same fate . Go buy off someone who is honest and wants your business, don't be fooled by the cheap price tags . It will end up costing you heaps in the long run .
I would not recommend this seller to my enemy .enough said .
