I can say with sincerity I have only ordered my Epson cartridges from Ink Hub, for far to many years now to remember, nothing has changed....The order is always timely and correct and I have never had an issue with computability to date...Not changing supplier because their efficient, reliable and support, should you need it, second to none...Thanks "Ink Hub" for a great ink journey...

I put in an order by email, and no sooner, had I sent it that Dean came back to tell me I had duplicated a cartridge. Emended the order and wondered when it would arrive with the postal system being so tardy. but no worry arrived 24 hours later. Great!!!

I ordered toner online about 7pm Monday 7 September. The toner arrived Wednesday the 9th. This is from Ink Hub Adelaide to my home in Albury (regional NSW).

Over a period of some years I have purchased ink from a number of sources and always experienced problems with the print head requiring cleaning on a fairly regular basis. A friend recommended Ink Hub and since using their products I can very honestly say that I have not experienced a problem. Their prices are competitive, the product superb and postage super fast. One cannot ask for better service. I have to congratulate them on setting the precedence for anyone wanting to run a successful business.

I have been an ongoing customer of InkHub for a long time now, and Dean has always provided top level quality service and value. I would recommend him to any one needing printer cartridges. On a prior order a cartridge didn't work and dean provided a replacement cartridge within hours at no additional cost. Very helpful, friendly and efficient service.

Ink Hub promptly provided a replacement ink cartridge within hours. Unsure why original cartridge did not work, but Ink Hub offered to send new cartridge to help me determine if it was a printer or cartridge problem. No cost involved. Very helpful, friendly and efficient service. Thank you again.

Since fixing my printer with the head cleaning kit I bought, I have just bought a set of ink cartridges to try out. I printed various A4 size photos that were taken indoors and outdoors. The colors and peoples skin tones look natural and true to life, which tells me that the ink quality is excellent. Once again I got great service and quick delivery, thank you Dean and family.

I bought a printer head cleaning kit because my printer had sat for a while without being used, and was not printing properly. The kit worked perfectly and restored the quality of the printer to as good as new. The kit was reasonably priced and it was dispatched and delivered quickly too. As a first time customer I was impressed with the service, I'll be buying from them from now on.
