the business has a very wide range of products but, at times, the non-trade person is left standing while the bigger customer is served. The shop doors shut dead on time but it is good to see some Sunday trading being trialled at last. There is a reluctance on the part of the fellows serving to help load a vehicle - this little extra effort creates a better environment for the customer.
