I would not recommend this business at all. Delivery times and customer service are very poor. I had to wait 5 ! months for a sofa, originally given where 3 which I only agreed to as I liked the sofa a lot. This is simply unacceptable and one would have eat least expected some gratitude. I would always recommend to find another supplier and not rely on Innovation Living Brisbane, there are plenty of other beautiful and quality sofas around. Shame that the diligence and business values of the Danish mother company don't translate to what is delivered to the Australian customers.

Fantastic service and delivery of product. Amazing range of sofa beds and the staff where able to provide fantastic advice in regards to fabrics and interior design. Whilst there was a wait for my product to be imported I was advised of this at time of purchase and they delivered in expected time.
