I had already had another Springvale Printer technician. It was $132.00 call out including g.s.t.
Subsequently he said it was my cartridges but couldn't resolve the problem. - Waste of money!
Then I contacted Robert from Inprintations of Oakleigh South whereby he checked the Brother Printer and cartridge and solved the problem. He perservered until solved. I would givr his business and A1 rating and wouldrecommend. His Price was cheaper!!

Rob is incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. I learned many useful things about printers and printing that I did not know previously. I found this invaluable.
The service was prompt, friendly and reasonably priced.
