Potential for improvement.
It's a nice restaurant, in a good location at the Como centre, with a slightly inspired but not too adventurous menu.
The main detracting aspects was the slightly off service - waiter was really nice and polite, BUT seemed a little distracted and off his game. Brought one water glass for our table of two.
The other aspect, was the execution of our order. I ordered a Blood Orange Semi Freddo with Campari Glaze for dessert, a seemingly simple dessert which the kitchen would have had prepared beforehand, and should have been flawless. It was served on a large plate as triangular wedges. Whilst presentation could have been better, this was not the main issue. The main issue was in the taste & texture. It was sickly sweet, with only a slight citrus taste, and bore no resemblence to blood oranges (apart from the rosy orange colour). Even more concerning was the large chunks & shards of ice served with the dessert.
If they could brush up on service & execution, I think it would be a nice place to go to.

Classy, spacious, modern Italian restaurant in the Como Centre. Very hospitable, honest and polite service. The food is good and decent portions. God value for money. Wine list has room for improvement - choice of housewine lowers the standard of this restaurant, which has potential to be great. Comfortable seating - great for business lunch or dinner, or for a date before or after a movie at the Como.
