Would just like to pass on my thanks to your team and in particular our building inspector James. He did a very thorough job and clearly explained all of his findings to me and to the selling real estate agent. The report was very clear, concise and the photos demonstrated the points being made both fairly and just. I am pleased to announce that the seller will be rectifying all of the points James highlight to me and in his report. I can now purchase this property with full piece of mind.

Very poor. Inspections are heavily conditioned. We found termites after their inspection which should have been discovered. When challenged they rely on the many clauses denying any liability. Worthless really.

Professional, knowledgable and experienced. The building and pest report we had done before we brought our house was outstanding.
