One of the most arrogant and useless company around the region. I took my wife's car for them to look at and provide me with a quote. Based on the quote we would decide whether to go through the insurance and pay the excess of pay it out of our own pocket. The so-called technician was not interested unless it was an insurance job. Shame, Shame, Shame,

My insurance company provides a windscreen each year (should it be required). Called Instant Windscreens (Reese) at 11.30 am and had a new windscreen with excellent and friendly service pronto. Very efficient organisation - well done guys.

Unfortunately I had to use these guys again! I went out this week and at the end of a great night I was very annoyed to find that my car had been broken into and that the passenger window had been smashed. Glass was all through the car and our navigation system was stolen (this was in the glove box but the mount was still visible). Anyway, the next day I called a few places and again found Instant Windscreens to be the cheapest. They came to my home and were able to replace the window while I was working. They also cleaned up the shattered glass as well.

Great value and great service

My car was broken into and a rear window was smashed. The next day I called around and ended up choosing these guys. They arranged for someone to come out the same day and before I knew it, it was all done (and the smashed glass was all cleaned up nicely).
