Hi Everyone, I have just had my windscreen done by this company via the mobile van i was not happy with the end result i would have had o'brians do it because you get what you pay for you pay for a cheap job it ends up costing you more in the end. I had to go to them because of my insurance company but will be looking for another one that only uses o'brians because you want professional people that actually know what they are doing not being worried when you hear pices of your car hitting the ground while they are working on it. I will be taking my car to the insurance on Monday for a inspection to make sure it wont leak or rust which i was told there was none at the time who knows after all this there will be in 5 - 10 years. So to sum it up why i am writing this there is gaps in the rubber frrom the windscreen to the glass before there was no gap i assume that this is not correct and its all shredded the rubber i am not happy it will annoy me till i get it looked at. I received the best service over the phone with Reece, and incredibly fast and efficient service from the fix it crew, they also quoted me $150 less than the other 2 major companies I rang, the other companies said it would take a week, with Instant Windscreens it took less than 2 hours, Thankyou so very much, I love great service!
