I never normally leave negative reviews, even after a bad experiences - but I had to write something about this place! I came with a voucher for a Shiseido hair straightening and cut for $99 .. I had previously had my hair done with a similar voucher at another place and had fantastic results for a similar price. They damaged my hair, burned it and completely dried it out with whatever chemicals they put in it. They were quite rough and even burned my scalp with the straighteners several times - which has NEVER happened to me before. The result was SO bad that I had to go to another hairdresser and CUT all the hair off, it was terrible and the new hairdresser told me that the damage would not be resolved until all the hair they had straightened would completely grow out. Worst hair experience of my life!
