I had my 2 toddlers in lessons here for a month. Absolutely apalled at the class structure they had come from lessons that were very interactive to being dragged up and down the pool.
My daughter was meant to be getting assessed to move up a class this didn't bother getting done until I bought it to managements attention.
Male owner threatened that I would have to explain to his wife why I would not be returning. This to me is no way to treat any clientele in any business.
