In general I found the medical side of things quite proficient and reasonably efficient (well you always have to wait for any doctor). I have attended this surgery a few times over the last 10 years
as it has been the surgery used by two companies I have worked with.
I had an accident at work back in March 2010 in which I crushed and almost lost my right leg from just above the knee, my company asked if I would see their doctor as part of my ongoing reviews, to which I agreed as I have had no problems concerning the medical care provided.
I shall not return to this clinic however as a result of poor service and rudeness from reception staff and when I tried to complain to management...they failed to contact me and when I finally rang back again a couple of days later they were defensively hostile (was told they were too busy to have called me back))and abrasive in the manner in which they spoke with myself.
My issue stemmed from an appointment which I had which had been made a month beforehand, however due to family medical issues this appointment slipped my mind (my uncle had just had a stoke the previous week and my grandmother came from from NSW to see him, staying at my place; then she had a seizure and I had to get her to hospital as well. Now with all this going on I received a call from this clinc at my appointment time as I had not arrived as scheduled (have never missed an appointment here beforehand) and was asked if I would be attending, as I started to explain why I had fogotten my appointment (and was going to ask to re-schedule for a little later) the receptionist cut me off saying "fine so you won't be in we will follw this up with your company" . and then the call was terminated on me before I could say anything. This stuck me as rather rude as I was attending this clinic of my own choice and I had not been given achance to expain my circumstances and given opportunity to re-schedule.

Had a back injury and ended up having my neck treated twice. Came away disappointed and still in a lot of pain. Had to go elsewhere to get correctly treated.

they fixed my injury quite quickly and gave great exercises for rehab. they are very professional and have decent pricing.will definatly be using them again
