Intermezzo has unfortunately closed down now. It's been replaced by Groove Train. Unfortunate as they were really friendly and had great quality Italian food. :-(

this place has the best deal for lunch and dinner. the food was not only cheap but they taste delicious. my daughter love their kids meal.staff are friendly and helpful

Was a great place to have lunch and get a meal before Theatre. Shame they have decided to move, hope business goes well in new location, although I will not be going there.

Always go for a good feed. It's a shame Westfield are being so greedy and Intermezzo has to move on. The staff are friendly and have a great memory for the regular customers. Westfield you are getting rid of an "institution". The best variety menu in the cinema area.

Intermezzo is right opposite the Village Cinemas in Southland's busy restaurant strip. It is always busy and the perfect choice for a meal before a movie as the meals are fast and delicious. Mainly Italian cuisine but very tasty and they have one of the best Parmas in Melbourne, without a doubt! All main meals are reasonably priced around $20-$25. Service is also great!

Without a doubt Intermezzos has to be my favourite café of all time. the staff there are so friendly and always make you feel so welcome. I visit atleast once a week when in the area to get my coffee and cake, and let me tell you the cakes are DELICIOUS! you can not go past intermezzos without sitting down and trying a slice from there cake display. the service is always spot on and I have never had a problem throughout my many visits.

Intermezzo is great for dining before or after seeing a movie at southland or even if you're just shopping and want something to eat. Everything on the menu is reasonably priced and there's always something yummy on the specials board! Their parma night is really good value and it is one of the best parmas around! I also love their breakfasts, they're always fresh and really quick as well.
All the staff are really friendly and helpful as well. The best place to eat at Southland without a doubt.

This place is always busy being next to the cinemas. Lovely service and handy for a drink or meal before a movie! It's a great meeting place with yummy italian food and deals with movie tickets.

It's not a bad place to go if you live nearby or want a meal before or after a movie or a day of shopping The food is fresh & tasty but i probably wouldn't go out of my way to come here.
