First time booked service with Interparcel and will definitely be the last time! They used CouriersPlease service. Packet was picked up on time, arrived in Sydney Depot next day, accepted and disappeared! Just got an email with apology and that's all (didn't have insurance on it). Parcel 2 meters long just lost in transit - definitely won't use them again!

Buyer Beware!!!!!! Whilst they are cheap and do provide an OK service their insurance is useless and they exclude that many items that it simply is better to pay a few extra dollars and deal direct with the courier company. As mentioned read their terms and conditions. Their exclusions, prohibited and restricted item list is so long that they really will only carry paper products :) So as someone else wrote read every term and condition before using them it is BUYER BEWARE!!!

I'm in a business that isn't big enough to have a 'corporate' account with a courier company, but that does use couriers several times a year. Interparcel has been simply fantastic for us in this way - giving a choice of several courier companies, and always at a price that is a lot cheaper than going direct with the courier. I'm amazed at the prices - often it's cheaper to use a courier door to door than Australia Post (and when I've got chunky heavy parcels that is a definite benefit!) Every time I've used them to book a courier the documents I need have been in my email inbox within 5 minutes, and the booking has gone through to the courier 100% of the time. I don't bother looking anywhere else now.

Before sending anything please read their restricted and prohibited items list. When a parcel is lost you also end up telling the same story to the courier and interparcel with alot of overlap and repetition. My laptop was damaged beyond repair and was also lost for 8 Days. Interparcel were no help at all. The best way to use this service is to use it to see who is cheapest and then book directly with that courier, once dealing with interparcel staffs are very unhelpful as they do not have any payment information.

It's quick easy and the cheapest rates i've seen. Best thing about it is it has a live chat and staff are really helpful.

I have used this service a few times to get some documents and parcels back from England and Spain. Very efficient,quick and the best price by far I could find. Ill definitely use it again
