I recently booked a job with this company and the whole experience was very stressful and I urge others to steer clear of them! This company are a vendor that work as a booking agent for removalist services.

The operator is either very unintelligent or fraudelent (or both?). I booked in the service two weeks before the move was scheduled, was asked to confirm the service and quote that I was provided following giving an inventory. I confirmed and also provided detailed description of the entry and access to the house. The DAY before the service was scheduled, I received a call asking whether I still wanted the service to go ahead and was advised that if I did, I was required to pay extra. I asked why, and was told it was because their truck had to detour to pick up my goods . Although I was extremely unimpressed , I had no choice to arrange another removalist at short notice and agreed. This is a strategy used commonly in which they offer a cheaper quote and then trap you into having to pay extra at short notice.

The day of the move- the removalist arrived, was rude and acccusatory and advised me he couldnt do the job, due to the access to the house. I advised that I had given detailed explanation to the vendor. He said it wasnt his problem, and explained the vendor had given him no details whatsoever. After a long conversation with his boss over the phone, he advised he would pick up some of the goods and would arrange the others at a later date, otherwise I would lose the 30% deposit I had paid. After the goods arrived at the other end, the removalist requested the remaining fee for the move. I advised I would not pay the full amount until all my goods were delivered. I was told that the goods would not be unloaded from the truck unless I paid the full amount on the spot. I was assured that the remaining goods would arrive.

You can probably guess the remainder of the story....
I attempted to arrange to have the remaining furniture picked up. I rang the vendor multiple times before my call was returned (a week later). I was then told that I would have to pay extra to have it picked up.

Moving is a stressful experience as it as, without having to deal with these guys.
