Would not recommend. My job was not done within the agreed time of one week and it was very expensive for a simple thing that should only take 5 minutes.
Took in a suit that I thought I would have to throw out. Irene did some great work to bring it back to life. I have since been back 6 or 7 times and she is fantastic.
I had a bad experience as I took some trousers there to be taken up. After a couple of washes the hem came undone so I took it back to be fixed (hoping not to pay as I had already just paid for it). I was accused of never having taken the trousers there in the first place and made to pay for the service again. My partner also had a similar experience.
