When you deal with a real estate agent you prepare yourself for the usual used-car salesman tactics but the guys here take it to the next level.

My best analogy would be like going to the wild-west - I've found their conduct to be dishonest, manipulative and their attitude, condescending.

On top of this, of all the real-estate buying / selling I've done over the past few years, this is the first time I've had my settlement agent complain about the conduct of a REA!
