I requested foils which have subsequently ruined my hair. The hairdresser removed the foils almost immediately and I asked why she did that as the colour usually takes time. She said it was the way she does foils! The hair melted at the back & is still falling out after a few months. The damaged hair is like spiderwebs in the brush. I returned to Isabella on advice from another salon but she denies a problem & offered no help. So disappointed with the result AND lack of care from Isabella due to the damage she caused. I want to warn others who may want foils at this salon!
