Very poor quality, necklace worn twice and chain snapped. Since the Pacific Fair store closed I was asked to send in for repair which I had to pay for and the shipping both ways. The necklace was repaired and broke again the first time it was worn. Requested refund but was refused, they refunded the cost of the repair only but refuse to assist any further saying that their jewellery is not meant to last forever. Very disappointed as many other brands with similar jewellery do last, I've had some for years that I've worn almost every day with no issues from other brands. I purchased this in November as a Christmas gift for my niece but didn't get to give it to her until April, it broke immediately and I started trying to get this sorted in May but the company refuses to issue a refund. Be very careful and do not expect this jewellery to last more than a week if you're lucky.
