David was very thorough, professional, trustworthy and reliable. He installed a printer for me and took the time to patiently ensure that I knew how to use it. He also followed up with an email giving me the opportunity to ask any questions which was extremely helpful because being a senior citizen I had forgotten what he taught me about making copies on printer.
