David was very professional and helpful in solving my problems. He turned up on time and even contacted my laptop manufacturer to see if it were possible for repairs to be done by them so close to the finish of the warranty period. He didn't waste my time and money by suggesting expensive repairs that would only be a temporary fix. Good honest advice combined with old-fashioned, friendly customer service and reasonable prices adds up to happy customer.
