David came out and wall mounted my TV. He was prompt and very reasonable with his price. His skills are second to none and I would highly recommend him to anyone needing their TV wall mounted.

David was really helpful, both over the phone & in person. He was prompt, quick, efficient & professional. Somehow he managed to retrieve all the data from my laptop that had "died", organized a new one at a reasonable price, transferred it all & also backed everything up on to an external hard drive. He answered my questions easily & explained everything in a manner that was easy to understand.
I recommend him very highly.

I first contacted David Palmisano by phone when I had a problem with my computer. He was very courteous and polite when I rang him, and helped me correct a problem over the phone. He subsequently came to my home to "clean my computer up" and give it a health check, which he did proficiently. Came to set up my new Mac computer from new and converted everything over from Windows. Went out of his to way to go to get stock for me so that my computer would be finished on the same day. He is a nice polite bloke and will look after my computers forever.

Fantastic Service! IT & M are professional, reliable and reasonably priced.
