David was incredibly professional and all of my IT issues were addressed. He was kind, patient, friendly and obliging and he went out of his way to ensure that everything was working prior to his departure. David did a fantastic job getting me all set up at home with my desktop rebuild. He turned up on time, was a pleasure to deal with, he knows what he's doing with computers! We ran into a couple of tricky situations as we upgraded operating systems, but he managed to bypass those with relative ease and quick thinking! Once I contacted David, he was so prompt in coming out. He goes all out to make sure everything is up and running to perfection. I had bought a new laptop and everythiing had to be transferred from the old one, not a problem for David.
Also set up a new printer and scanner ( which I can use from both laptops ). I would highly reccommend David for any of your IT problems.

My computer was a mess before giving it to David of IT&M. I couldn't access websites through the browser or the links in my emails. David solved everything with complete friendliness and courtesy. My computer's almost as new! I will definitely use him again!
