I recently rang this company to have someone come to MY HOME and install some RAM and correct home network issues. They took all my PC details over the phone - confirmed the RAM make/model - issued a quote - and off we went from there.

As for the tech - he was absolutely brilliant. He arrived at the specified time and was most helpful in answering my questions, fixing problems on our PC & notebook, and advising me on solutions re an old hardrive and equipment I needed there!
