Whet there to purchase a hybrid ladies bike. With such a huge range we were a little overwhelmed in what to get until the friendly staff explained the different options. Seems to be a family business and the knowledgable young lady assisting us was most helpful. She fitted me out with the correct size and encouraged me to test ride around the store. Once we'd made our selection, the bike was taken to the rear service area for a check over and accessories fitted before we took it. Price was fair & reasonable with 2 free services within the 1st year included.

We have purchased two bikes here in the last twelve months - one from the old shop, one from the new.

The new place is great and the staff really helpful - they dont mind if you test ride it in the shop or even run it up the street.

The owner (cant remember his name !) was very knowledgeable and helped size correctly the bikes for the kids. We didnt feel we were ever being upsold and the insight into getting the right size for the age/growth really helped.

We probably could have bought the bike cheaper over the internet but we felt the expertise provided more than compensated for saving a few bucks and hoping it works out.

Purchased a road bike for our son who is well over six feet tall. These guys showed us our options and discussed the pros and cons of each bike. Once we settled on a bike they took the time to set the bike up perfectly . Nothing was too much trouble. Very happy with all aspects of our purchase.

Approximate cost: $1000.00

I have recently purchased a hybrid bike from this store. The service and patience of the staff is fantastic.

The staff spent over an hour with me selecting and setting up the bike so it fitted me correctly.
This is a great place for advice, service and purchase.

A great local bike shop. They stock a huge range of quality kids bikes, as well as bikes for the more experienced riders. They are really helpful, and very involved in cycling in the area.

This business is very friendly to bottom end users (kids with bikes and little money). they have very obligingly repaired bikes on the run and provided advice on what (and what not ) to purchase. they have a good range of bikes and parts and are happy to get parts inthey don't stock.

Approximate cost: $60 - $300

Really helpful, no wankers which is nice for a bike shop.
The shop is much bigger than it looks from outside too.
