THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!
I paid a $120 deposit for a ceramic photo for my parents resting place, but when it was completed my parents faces were blurred, showing double lips, eyes and noses. They refused to redo the photo or give me a refund and even threatened me with legal action if I didn't pay the balance, even though I didn't want the blurred photo. Never in my life have I ever received such awful service. [redacted personal identifier] was totally rude, even though other customers were still waiting to be served.

I ended up going elsewhere only to have the ceramic photo made for close to half the cost of JH Wagner & Sons. So, not only did they give awful service and were unable to do a half decent job, they tried to rip me off in the process.

I've only given them one star, as I wasn't able to give them any less.

DON'T ever use this business!!
