I wanted to share my recent experience with a company, and unfortunately, it was not a positive one. I recently visited a store and interacted with a sales representative named Shaun. Unfortunately, my experience with him was extremely disappointing and frustrating.

Not only was Shaun incredibly rude and dismissive, but he also laughed at my words to change to smaller bin and made me feel belittled and disrespected. When I asked for help, he responded with a sarcastic comment and suggested that I take my business elsewhere. As a customer, I was shocked and taken aback by his unprofessional behaviour.

In my opinion, this kind of customer service is unacceptable and should not be tolerated. It is essential for sales representatives to treat customers with respect and kindness, and Shaun failed to do so. I hope that this review will serve as a warning to others who may be considering doing business with this company.

Overall, I would not recommend this company based on my experience with Shaun. After being loyal customer for 6 years is time to I believe that good customer service is crucial, and this company has failed to deliver on that front.

THEY SEND UNWARRANTED INVOICES AND LATE CHARGES AND IGNORE EVERY REQUEST TO CANCEL THERE SERVICE.

their waste collection is popular in NSW, have big plants in Glendening and services are always good. Accountable is the word I would use to describe them.

One of the very best companies ive had to deal with in regards to waste removal. They came right on time and delivered the skip bin for a minimal fee then they either empty the bin on a scheduled basis on can collect it when it is full and dispose of the rubbish for you.
