We love this butcher and also their fruit and veggies. Prices are lower than supermarkets and much better quality and service. Good old-fashioned service and much more knowledge than the supermarket staff.

That I am sure portions measured out like this definitely do not, I didn't believe what I'd received,$ when I asked for a kilo of Ox Tails, it was TWO THIRDS 'BONES', I could not believe my eyes, I'd never seen small pieces, I honestly assumed they were all one UNIFORM SIZE, I had never cooked them prior, to this, my wife had and they were all one size,. 2/3 of a kilo was the bony section, the small meatless end parts, of tail, all visually apparent in the tray was the larger meaty ones, so I neglected to watch them getting bagged up.

An absolutely totally LOW LIFE, ACT, I did however see him drop one of, the Roughly 10 bones, lastly as he bagged it up, thought nothing of it, till I go home, and saw all the bones totally DEVOID OF MEAT, AND I WISHED HIM A GOOD DAY POLITELY , he seemed polite, didn't address me as 'CHAMP' ,.. LIKE ONE OF THE OTHERS, perhaps he may have served my like one expects to Get a FAIR PORTION FOR WHAT YOU PAY FOR, TO GET WHAT IS VISUALLY IN FRONT TO BE SEEN, I HAVE A PICTURE OF THE TRAY , IT LOOKS TOTALLY ALL UNIFORM LARGE MEATY PEICES, the totally OPPOSITE TO THE JUST OF A KILO . this person decided was the Fair and Decent way to treat Customers .

I I did return after 2 days and raise the issue the when I spoken to [Redacted name], I Finally Received, WHAT EVERYONE ELSE EXPECTS TO WHEN THEY BUY MEATS, THATS actual MEAT,

THOUGH THEY GET IT STRESS FREE,,, THOUGH I GOT DE STRESSED, BY THE CHECK OUT BOY , WHO BUTTED IN on a conversation I was having as this Episode was finally Drawing to a CLOSE ,,,,So I believed, chatting to a guy paying for my Veg, 'I picked out myself ' ok there, to be told in NO UNCERTAIN, TERMS, A Boy on the other REGISTER, SIMPLY RUDELY BUTTED IN, TO OUR CONVERSATION, and I quote, Telling me,:

PERSONALLY think its CONDESCENDING when SOMEONE in a Customer Service Position CALLS YOU ''Chief or Champ '' ,, . or Tiger, so be prepared, for your greeting, possibly means they've been to jail before, and been as Boss? themselves, who knows.

Quality of the meats Good, though, broadly speaking however, the general ambiance of the place, transcends the everyday, it exists on a whole different, level, guess you really have to experience it for yourself, just be prepared, and don't take your eyes off you're desired cuts of me till they are all safe and sound in you're basket and your trundling out to you're car. good luck, stiff upper lip and all that what.

Quite the Contrary, in fact, I found, Even when I was buying Lamb Cutlets previously , I recall Now getting evil Gazes, as I complained, for excessive Lamb Cutlets with the excessive, strands of sinew, Chris crossing the cuts of meats, the majority of which 'Yes You guessed it' All, making the Grade for my bag, they were going form around TWICE, THE PRICE of Ox tail.

I was upset today while shopping to hear one of the butchers at the shop yelling out "SCREW" to one of the customers. He then went on to say he had done time and it don't bother him if people know. I left the shop and will not come back.

Beautiful fresh fruit and vegies They also stock some deli items as well as meat and poultry. Great place too to pick up Italian wood fired bread. In addition to their quality foods, going in there is guaranteed to make you smile, or laugh out loud. There are some fantastic characters on the staff. It is my new 'local' vegie shop. Oh, and they now have fresh flowers too. Well worth shopping here - the prices are great and the produce is always fresh.

The meat here is much fresh in appearance and taste that then one pre-packaged in supermarkets and affordable too. Good greens and fruits too. The service could be a little better and quick.

Passing by after the big shops so popped in to check out greens and fruits. I found the fruits and vegetables of good quality, some that are not the best are being sold for discount prices. Bought some pumpkin, apples and oranges which were reasonably priced and good quality. The counter was quite busy for an early saturday morning but staff was okay with service.
