Very good customer service, very nice equipment and staff and a relaxing experience to look forward to

Sorry but this is not a good review, I booked in for a set of Shellac nails and a Manicure, I was literally done in 15 mins. I felt so rushed, the lady doing my nails did not interact with me AT ALL, only asked me what colour I wanted. My nails were not dried properly which has results in one of them chipping 3 days later and then completely peeling off the next day. I am going back to get it repaired and NEVER going there again, extremely poor service.

Update: Absolutely horrendous experience, got given a manicure and shellac gel nails priced at $30 total, was rushed and done within 15 minutes. They started to peel off 3 days later, I returned to get a repair at no charge which was good but the customer service is extremely poor, they do not interact with you at all just direct you where to sit. 2 days later again the other nails began to peel off so fast forward to this morning I marched in for a refund and was rudely refused one, NEVER AGAIN and I will warn all of my friends and family to never go to this place, they are rude and unprofessional to say the least. I was told I was being ridiculous over $25 as it isn't much money, can you believe it?! I am so irate at the poor customer service, words cannot describe.

Great, quick service usually 1 hour for acrylic glitter overlay. Friendly. Standard prices. Acrylic adheres longer and still looks great at 3 wks even with the nail growth. With some salons I've been, acrylic starts to lift off around the edges at 1 wk. Definitely recommend Kim's Jade Nails.

This is my favourite place to get my nails done, reasonable prices, the staff are lovely and they do a great job on your nails, they seem to last longer than other places I have got them done at.....

I've been to a few other nail salons, and I'm still quite new to wearing artificial nails, but these guys are great. The staff are friendly and are able to give you exactly what you want. Other salons have previously cut into my skin, though I wasn't cut into once at Jade Nails. Will be returning for sure :)

Went here for an express manicure. They manicurist did a good job, the polish stayed on for a reasonable amount of time and they had quite a few colours to choose from. I have not had any of the fancier acrylic nail services so can't comment on the quality of those.

After trying several other nail studios, with totally unsatisfactory results, I was delighted with the expertise and delightful nature of Deborah's staff. Their standards in all areas are high and I have also overheard some very safe advice being given out regarding piercing.
If all you want is a cheap job - don't go!
If you want quality workmanship - THIS IS THE PLACE!!
