Very friendly people and good service, but unfortunately the drain hose of the washing machine got damaged and Jake Removals wouldn't reimburse any costs. That's a bit disappointing. So no damages are covered!

Hi, Sibyllee, as we had a conversation, you gave us a 5 star feedback after our removalists finish your moving job. however, you called us one week after moving date, you said your washing machine had the drain hose on it. you also mention your plumber found this problem during the plumber connect washing machine for you. we cannot identify whether who made this drain for your washing machine, maybe your plumber did this. we also state our moving insurance only cover all of damage claimed on the day or 24 hours afterwards. so we hope you can understand our policy, that all of removals company has same one.
