brilliant! couldn't ask for better. ive been buying clothes and bedding off her for 2 years now, she is always friendly, makes you feel like a valued customer, and almost makes you feel like you are the only customer - that is by concentrating on everything you say, and never talks about other customers. very professional, and she has a 'pay-off' direct debit system, which is great!
