The coffees are good and the girls serving are really nice and friendly. I get my daily caffeine fix here and there a great breakfast selections of Eggs Benedict, pancakes or the Big Brekkie.
Lunch is also great at Jam and Spoon and a good variety to choose from (burgers, curries, fish and chip or stir fries). My favourite is the Pad See Mao (Thai Stir Fry with flat noodles, veggies and seafood), which is spicy.

Great Coffee and Sandwich bar, with added bar on Thursday and Friday Nights. Hot food is a bit expensive and they are quite tight... E.g. Pad Thai comes with only 1-2 pieces of meat. Steak Sandwiches and burgers are great.
