I've been there quite a few times hoping that the experience I've had was just 'a bad day'. It wasn't! The senior in charge is always abrupt, rude & inflexible. They can make a good coffee but her customer service skills have much to be desired.

Seemed a nice venue for lunch . Ordered a Gourmet Beef Turkish roll and 2 iced coffees. The girl asked me if I wanted a Ckicken and Avocado Roll!. The more senior dy then said that if I order a decaf iced coffee it might not be as cold as the normal one. I asked if she would put ice in it. She said "No ice". Then i was told the beef roll came with salad or chips. I said I don't want either. She said you still have to pay the full price. We decided to order. The roast beef was a thin overcooked slice of beef and the cost $13.90. Overpriced, inflexible, poor service. Won't return

great friendly service, clean cafe located just outside target. breakfast menu excelletn value..coffee and breakfast $10.they have a reward systen which im not a member of as i dotn shop at watergasrdens often enough but for every $ you spend you are rewarded with points.staff werent pushy and i sat there for close to 2.5hrs cahtting with girlfriend without being made feel we needed to leave after finishin g our breakfast and drinks

Fantastic coffee and fantastic service. You won't find anywhere better for the ultimate coffee experience. They also have the best breakfast menu and freshly cooked food as well.

i've always been impressed with the jamaica blue chain and this store in particular, they offer a different range of food and beverages than many of the other chain cafes. great salads, fritters and burgers.

When i go to watergardens i go straight there if i want a hot chocolate. They make the best hot chocolate. The food is a bit pricey but it tastes really good. great service.
