After making an appointment, I waited over 30 minutes. My simple request for a 'trim', which ended up being about 5 mm off my plain bob cut, set me back a bundle and took over an hour of constant phone interruptions. Never again.

They make great espresso coffee and you're never sitting around waiting. You can have a colour, cut and blow dry in no more than 2hrs which leaves you with the rest of the day.
