I had some curtains fitted some ten years ago and recently one of the curtains had the slide fittings damaged by a painter.
I called to see Joanne explained the problem and she insisted on coming to my home the very next day to see it.
Some thirty minutes after arriving at my home she had the problem fixed and insisted that there was no charge.
Now that is what I call service!

There are always so many beautiful things to choose from in this shop. The people are really helpful and suggest alternatives and come up with wonderful design and colour schemes.
