I attended this clinic for the first time as part of the National COVID-19 Strategy- receive vaccines from designated clinics. I wouldn’t go there again.

I had been a patient for over 20 years & had no complaints , but the last 4 years have been shocking.
1st Complained about weight gain when diet had not changed ... no tests was told I was underweight to begin with so they were not worried aout that ......after 4 years & 30 kilo's extra saw another dr in the practise , he did blood work & my thyroid was OUT by 9.5 points hence the weight gain...
So I stuck with Dr Thomas as he was good, he actually listened to what was being said...Then in March 2019 Dr Thomas is no longer there ... they replaced him with another doctor who is terrible ... have not been back since March .. Reception continuely changes ... & service is terrible ...

While you expect a delay when booking for an afternoon visit, you don't expect one at 8am in the morning. I've booked two 8am visits to Dr Himali and by 8.30am in the morning, Dr Himali had not even arrived at the practice. Apologetic receptionists had not on either occasion, received a phone call from Dr Himali to say she was running late or to apologise to those patients waiting. I have also witnessed other patients disgruntled in the waiting room by the same situation. The same lateness and lack of remorse also occurred with my husband's visit so this is obviously common practice. Then my appt seemed rushed when I did get in, with no apology. If I ran my business like this, I'd simply be out of business. This GP charges $80 per visit. We moved to another doctor who takes their patients more seriously.

They habitually overcharge by using an incorrect Medicare cost code. For example, for obtaining a simple re-issue of a referral taking less than 4 minutes, and no diagnostic element, instead of coding the consultation as Item 3, Level A, they code it as Level B. This basically doubles their revenue from both the patient and Medicare rebate, but is fraudulent. Once I realised what they had done in one instance, I reviewed previous receipts and it is standard practice in this clinic.
In addition, my experience with some doctors in this clinic is that they are sloppy and verging on incompetent.
