We brought the dogs for a walk in the botanical gardens and then went around looking for lunch and this happened to be the closest place. There were outdoor seating area so that was good for the dogs but it wasn't very clear how we should be getting our food. We found the food a bit pricey but I suppose we had to pay for the convenience as there wasn't much competition there in that secluded location.

Saturday morning I was one of a group of four mature women, before being seated we were asked if we would be eating lunch or breakfast. As we had not seen a menu for either we were undecided so we were taken to a high share table with stools that had no backs. There were plenty of tables apparently only for eating at and after some discussion the wait person said OK she would clear a table for us. We did order meals that took over half an hour to be served and they did not all come at the same time. An apology with a complementary coffee was given for one very late meal.
None of our group will be returning as we did not like the way
we had to acquire a table. It is not all about the food, the service left a lot to be desired.

Weekday lunch - the place was quite busy. Nice large serves of food on the plate...very tasty food too.
Waiter service was very slow and looked a bit disorganized.
One drink order was incorrect...though it was replaced with the correct drink very rapidly.

Approximate cost: $22

Well, I went back for another weekday lunch, what a disaster.
They were understaffed again and we received someone else's food order. My partner got up to chase the waitress around because she had dashed off really quickly.
When we got the food taken away and our correct order was delivered, my dish was un-eatable. I ordered the BNH XO (vegetarian option with sweet potato, spring onion, tomato and chilli). The cook must have dropped the salt container into the pancake mix. Unfortunately the salt container was also dropped into the vegetarian filling.
IT WAS GHASTLY!!!
I have never eaten such a salt infused dish at a restaurant ever. Ugh!

Very modern spacious and comfortable. I love the nice wide decking area. The food is fairly standard brunch with some french/vietnamese influences.
The location is the draw factor.
