A huge disappointment to say the least. We have dined in several other Jasmin1 restaurants and the others are amazing but I will never set foot in the Bankstown one ever again!
They made a mistake in our order and then blamed us. The waiter would not accept at all that he had misunderstood us. Anyway, we didn't want to create a big issue so I asked them to pack the wrong order as takeaway and reordered what we wanted. After that we were treated in the worst manner ever. To top it all off, when we got home and opened our takeaway pack to store it in the fridge we found they had packed the wrong thing. All they had to do was take the plate from our table and put it in a takeaway container! How hard can that be??? Instead of packing a large platter of Shish Tawouk (8-9 skewers) they had just given us a large pack of chips!

What outlandish and disgusting from the staff! Thanks for sharing, I will be avoiding this place, nobody should be treated like that!

Been there a couple of times the chicken is good and you get a fair amount of sides. Would usually take out, deadly eat in. Is quite busy usually. Overall there food is goid .

The food is a bit dry and they always give a limited amount of garlic sauce only. The service was ok. When I went the place was very noisy and there was children in and out shouting the whole time. Good for potential takeaway but not to eat in

Approximate cost: $20

Had the mixed plate, delicious! Service is very friendly and I thought the prices were good, considering the amount on the plate. Try the no-alcohol beer, quite tasty. Ambience is a bit cafeteria, but unmistakenly middle eastern.
