As mentioned by another reviewer, the service is very rude. You ask help to find an item and they don’t bother to help. When you ask again, they get angry with you. Be careful of the plumpish lady with a crew cut and glasses. She does the shelving mostly. Never smiling and always bad tempered when you have a question or ask for help.

Everything in this store are money oriented:

1. Their products are generally more expensive than other Asian grocery stores.

2. Do not expect customer services here, their staff are rude and tricky, if you got chance to talk to their managers, you will realise that is their store culture: Simply take customers' money but don't care about anything else.

There are 2 Asian grocery stores cross the road has more competitive prices, more products variety and better services.

Fair service and prices for an Asian grocery store in Pacific Square in Maroubra Junction. Reasonable variety of Asian groceries. I think the quality is better than other Asian grocery stores in Maroubra. Takes credit cards if over certain amount, including Amex, which is handy!
