Have been dealing with Dr.P.Drake for about 20yrs now & found him to be caring,honest& extremely knowledgeable,hoping his around for another 20yrs.

I have been going to Jasper medical for about 10 or so years.Dr.Griffith is a wonderful man and a great doctor.Ive been seeing Dr Tian tu recently and I cant speak highly enough.The front desk staff are fantastic as well.5 stars isnt enough for this medical practice.

Jaspers Medical Centre has been my family doctor for my whole life and I don't have any want or need to swap. Dr Stagg and Dr Griffith are my first choices to go to-they know my medical history well and have a very friendly demeanour. The ladies on the front desk are very polite too. One thing I would suggest is to book an appointment, and then 30mins before the appointment ring to check if they are running on time. Sometimes I have had to wait a while so now I just ring beforehand. The do bulk billing as well which is helpful.

I came here with my girlfriend who was unwell. The initial appointment was fine but we were requested to attend another follow up at the last minute on a Friday evening. After getting there we waited 40 minutes past our appointment time with no explanation about what was happening. We ended up leaving and did not receive a call or apology from the doctor we were supposed to see. This is very disappointing especially as this is a private surgery!

The doctor i saw was lovely, really kind and thorough. I was very happy with him. It can get really busy and has just a small waiting area. It is nice, clean and spacious, though, and comfortable to wait in.

My doctor was very patient and seemed very interested in my condition. The nurses are also very interested and over all I seem to be treated as important. They do often take extra time if needed and do not rush you out. Medicare claims can be made straight away as the Medicare office is just across the road.

This is my family doctor, and it's everything you would want your doctor to be. The interior is warm and well-lit and there's a nice range of magazines, even though they're very outdated. The lines are very long on a busy day though, but they're excellent at squeezing you in if you every need a quick appointment. I know most of the receptionists and each one of them are very kind, and all the doctors are very experienced and good at their job.
