Yum breakfast.
Was staying close by and public holiday so limited in cafe options.
Jasper kitchen was a relaxed but stylish setting. Sat along the front with street view.
Eggs poached perfectly. Great coffee.
Very impressed on first visit.
Happy to recommend and return.
Friendly staff

Freshly renovated, Jasper is both slick and refined yet still open, inviting and relaxed. The space is fantastic to sit back and relax with a cocktail and some food, without stretching your wallet.
The chef is brazilian, and the menu features a blend of South America, Europe and Australia cuisines. These are great range of tapas on the menu, including aceitenuas a la madrilena (mixed marinated olives); chilli salted calamari (nice change from the standard salt and pepper version); seta al ajillo (juicy plump field mushrooms cooked in garlic, olive oil and chilli); and plump bouncy prawns (very moreish with garlic & wine marinade). The other a la carte menu items looked great too, but I can't comment as I did not sample.
I should also mention, that there is pretty courtyard with wooden decking, vertical garden and astro turf. Very nice to relax in and forget that you on bustling elizabeth st, a stone's through away from transport and other central CBD landmarks.
